On April 19, 2026, the second-level elections for the Provincial Council of Foggia were held. Voting took place from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the polling station located in the Provincial Office. With Resolution No. 21 of May 7, 2026, the Provincial Council, in its first session, validated the twelve provincial councilors elected, pursuant to Article 27 of the Statute and Article 41, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No. 267/2000.

Election Results – Provincial Councilors Elected

List No. 1 – "You Are the Province! Nobiletti President": Lucia Caione – 4,985 votes; Raffaella Vene – 4,818 votes; Antonio Di Paola – 4,238 votes;

List no. 2 – "Brothers of Italy": Accettulli Maurizio – 4,625 votes; Netti Nicola – 4,208 votes;

List No. 3 – "Together for Capitanata": Tonio De Maio – 3,832 votes; Achille Capozzi – 3,064 votes;

List No. 4 – "Large Field for Capitanata": Anna Rita Palmieri – 5,087 votes; Michele Merla – 5,036 votes; Mario Dal Maso – 4,279 votes; Angela Fazi – 4,121 votes;

List No. 5 – "Forza Capitanata": Nunziante Amato Francesco – 5,021 votes.
